Take a moment to step outside and take a breath of fresh air. In this video, I discuss taking a quick step outside and getting a little sun. When we are stressed out, our bodies start doing all kinds of terrible things to itself. We are ready to fight or fly. It's primordial, but in the modern times we don't actually run away. Maybe we should. A little jog or just a walk, some sunshine (Vitamin D) and fresh air can invigorate, de-stress and calm the over-active brain. Take a walk with your dog or just sit in the sun with them and enjoy.
