Video - It Takes Courage to be ConfidentAug 24, 2022
Ruth's Coaching Corner:
This week we continue our conversation about confidence. I dropped off Elizabeth at college last week. And that can be really worrisome and stressful for kids and parents alike. It takes a lot of courage to walk back into the dorms or the class room. And for parents it takes courage to let your babies go and experience the world. That worry and grief can build up and present as soreness in your chest.
If you have pain in the center of your chest, this area holds Love, Courage, Grief and Betrayal. And in the back, betrayal can feel like sharp knives. Our anxiety and stress around returning to school routines can lead to real pain built up in our chests and shoulders. Watch this video to see some stretches I recommend to relieve that built up tension.
