Video 6/2 - Foam Rolling for the Shoulder

We carry so much in our shoulders! Tight shoulders, aching rotators, cramping arms, our shoulders harbor the pain that we hold inside of us. In this video, I illustrate using a foam roller to stretch the back and shoulder muscles. In a laying position, place a roller under your shoulder and roll with your arm outstretched. As we re-position the rollers we can work the delts and the lats. These are some great stretches for tennis players.
